Acquaterra Sicilia

Founded in 1993, The Acquaterra Association stands in the adventure sports scene as one of the most active and well-organized realities. In Sicily, like in Alto Adige (the places chosen by the club for its activities), Acquaterra proposes numerous activities with the collaboration of professionals of the sector, and also uses technical instruments of high quality.



Acquaterra’s Philosophy

Acquaterra proposes sports within anyone’s reach, guaranteeing an elevated standard of security. We believe in the love and respect of nature and we want to transmit these values through the passion for the sports we propose. We do not want these activities to be considered “extreme” sports, but simply a means to come closer to the fantastic world of nature.



The trademark

The trademark Acquaterra derives from the union of three ancient symbols and our philosophy of life is found in it; the spiral, symbol of water for the Mayas; an upside-down triangle with a line that crosses it, symbol of the Earth taken from the Star of David; and an open hand, symbol of friendship for the American Indians.
